We process personal data lawfully, transparently and fairly, for predetermined purposes and only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes. When processing your personal data, we comply with the General Personal Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter - GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as the requirements established in other legal acts.

This privacy policy (hereinafter - the Privacy Policy) is intended for persons who cooperate or intend to cooperate with UAB Bondo Jobs (hereinafter - the Data Controller), as well as use the services provided by the Data Controller, monitor the Data Controller's activities on social network accounts or visit the website www.bondojobs .lt (hereinafter - the Website).

  1. General concepts

Data subject - a natural person or his representative, a representative of a legal entity who uses, has used or intends to use the services offered by the Data Controller or on the website www.bondojobs.lt and whose personal data the Data Controller receives and processes in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Personal data - at least any information directly or indirectly related to a natural person whose identity has been determined or can be determined (eg name, surname, personal identification number, contact information, etc.).

Data processing - any operation or sequence of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data (eg sorting, recording, sorting, systematization, storage, deletion, etc.).

         2. Sources of personal data


Personal data can be obtained directly from the data subject when the Data Subject applies to the Data Controller, uses the services provided by the Data Controller, requests information from the Data Controller, sends us his CV, cover letters, applies to our job advertisements on job search portals, registers on our on websites, communicates with us by phone, e-mail by mail or during meetings, provide answers to questionnaires provided by us, complete assignments or tests, contact us via social networks (e.g. Facebook, Linkedin), share their success stories and provide feedback about us.

Personal data may be received from third parties in cases where this is provided for in this Privacy Policy or legal acts.

Personal data can be obtained when the data subject visits the Website, in cases where cookies used on the Website are saved to the data subject's terminal device.

If you transfer the data of third parties to us, you must properly inform the data subjects (managers, beneficiaries, representatives, recommenders or close persons, etc.) about the transfer of their data and provide them with this Privacy Policy.

         3.Basics of processing personal data

Data is processed only in the presence of one or more criteria for lawful processing: (i) to ensure the provision of services in accordance with the contract (i.e. to fulfill the contract or to take action at the request of the data subject before the conclusion of the contract); (ii) with the consent of the data subject; (iii) when it is necessary to process personal data in order to fulfill an applicable legal obligation; (iv) when personal data needs to be processed due to the legitimate interests of the Data Controller or a third party.

         4. Purposes of processing personal data and categories of processed personal data

4.1 For the purposes of providing services (searching for candidates) and submitting job offers, administering the candidate database, we process the following personal data of candidates: name, surname, contact information, CV, education, date of birth, qualification, results of assessments /tests, foreign languages, interview record, available another country's social security or tax payer code In some cases, special categories of personal data are processed, i.e. health or disability data. In any case, personal data of special categories is collected only in the case and only to the extent that it is necessary for selection for a specific job position and to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.

We also process the contact personal data of the relatives and recommenders of the candidates of the employer's representatives, including, but not limited to, name, position, e-mail address. postal address, phone number, signature.
Transfer of personal data to other persons: for this purpose, we provide or transfer your data to Bondo Jobs group companies, our partners and clients - employers who are looking for employees. They will be the controllers of your personal data.
Basics of processing personal data. The candidate's personal data is processed on the basis of consent. Personal data of client representatives, candidates' relatives and persons recommending the candidate are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in providing services and work services, administering the candidate database.
Personal data storage terms: personal data of candidates and their relatives are stored for three years from the date of consent, for client representatives - for 10 years. after the end of the relationship. We will keep the fact of consent for 10 years. after the end of consent.
4.2. For the purpose of quality control of services and confirmation of conversation content (recording of telephone conversations), we process the following personal data: name, surname, phone number, recording of the telephone conversation (data provided during the conversation), date and time of the telephone conversation, name and surname of the consulting person.
The basis for processing personal data is consent.
Personal data storage terms: personal data is stored for three years from the date of recording the interview.
4.3. For the purpose of administration of the bonus for the recommended person, we process the following data of the recommended person: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address. postal address, work experience, qualities, talents, other information provided; we also process the following data of the recommending person for this purpose: name, surname, phone number, e-mail e-mail address, data necessary for bonus payment, e-mail the IP address of the mail sender's server, the device from which the e-mail was sent email IP address, data source (from where the data was obtained, name of the source, date of data acquisition, person who entered the data.
The basis for processing personal data is consent.
Transfer of personal data to other persons: Bondo Jobs group companies and/or potential employers.
Personal data storage terms: we will process the data of the recommended person for 3 years from the date of consent. We will process the recommender's data during the selection process of the recommended person (if the recommended person will not be employed) or for 10 years after the payment of the bonus (if the recommended person will be employed).
4.4. For the purpose of immediate communication and improving the quality of services (feedback), we process the following data of the person providing the feedback: e-mail e-mail address, your name on Facebook, the text of the feedback, success story.
Reviews are published on the basis of consent.
Personal data storage terms: We will store personal data for three years from the submission of feedback.
4.5. For the purpose of informing candidates, reminding them about the meeting, the interview (by SMS message), we process the following personal data of the candidates invited to the interview: name, surname, phone number.
The basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interests of informing candidates about meetings.
Personal data storage terms: 6 months.

4.6. For the purpose of internal personnel administration, we process the following personal data of employees: name, surname, personal identification number, address, e-mail, telephone, data specified in the health book, date of birth, education, certificates, bank account number, knowledge of languages, education, bad habits, information about granted leave.
Transfer of personal data to other persons: data is transferred to VMI, SODRA and other entities when it is necessary according to legislation and only to the extent necessary.
The basis for processing personal data is the conclusion and execution of an employment contract.
Personal data storage terms: the employment contract is stored for 50 years after the end of the employment relationship, other data - in accordance with the terms specified in legal acts.
4.7. We process the following personal data for the purposes of administration and correspondence of requests, complaints and inquiries: name, surname, contact details (phone number or e-mail address), content of the request, request or complaint. Information is provided during correspondence, your name is indicated in Messenger, Viber or WhatsApp apps.
The basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest in providing quality services, resolving complaints and responding to inquiries.
Personal data storage terms: 12 calendar months from the date of investigation of the request, request or complaint.
4.8. Personal data of the company's shareholders, beneficiaries, management bodies and their members, processed for the purposes of internal administration and the performance of legal duties: name, surname, social security code, residential address, date of appointment, contact details, number of shares held.
Transfer of personal data to other persons: personal data are transferred to VĮ Registru centras.
The basis for processing personal data is a legal obligation.
Personal data storage terms: no longer than required by the purposes of data processing or provided by legal acts, also taking into account the limitation periods provided for in them.
4.9. We process the following personal data for the purpose of administering the contacts of representatives of business entities; name, position, workplace, contact details: phone number, e-mail postal address.
Processing of personal data is a legitimate interest in cooperating with business entities.
Personal data storage terms: 10 years after the end of the relationship with the client.

4.10 Cookies

This Privacy & Cookie Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to all users of the Bondojobs website. This Policy is not applicable if you are browsing any third party websites you have accessed through the Bondojobs website.

We collect information about our website users in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, EU laws on the protection of personal data and other related legislation and regulations of controlling authorities.

In this case, you must submit a request, upon receipt of which the Data Controller will check the provided information and take the necessary actions;
  • apply to the Data Controller with a request to destroy personal data or to stop the processing of such personal data, with the exception of storage - in the event that, after familiarizing yourself with your personal data, you determine that the personal data is being processed illegally or dishonestly;
  • do not consent to the processing of your personal data, when these data are processed or intended to be processed due to a legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller or a third party to whom personal data is provided;
  • withdraw your consent to process your personal data at any time.

The data subject has the right to apply to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (https://vdai.lrv.lt/), which is responsible for the supervision and control of legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.

You must:

Inform the Data Controller about the change of the provided information and data; to provide the necessary information so that, at the request of the data subject, the Data Controller can identify the data subject and make sure that he is really communicating or cooperating with a specific data subject (provide a document confirming the identity of the person or in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts or electronic means of communication that would allow the proper identification of the data subject) . This is necessary for data protection of the data subject and other persons, so that the disclosed information about the data subject is provided only to the data subject, without violating the rights of other persons.

        10.Social media accounts

The data controller manages the accounts on the social media tools Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook.
