The team of this company consists of technicians who work every day to solve electrical problems or optimize devices. Our client is a VCA certified company that provides excellent and flexible services.
You will be primarily responsible for fault analysis and troubleshooting so that there is little or no disruption to customer production. We rely on your technical expertise to solve a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control problems. You will be actively involved in setting and implementing care plans.
Your main tasks:
You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of production machinery.
You will perform preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment (cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, tightening, etc.)
You will identify preventive or corrective maintenance interventions based on the nature of the work (commissioning, production change, etc.) or maintenance history.
Replacement or repair, testing and adjustment of defective mechanical parts and components (gears, bearings, pulleys, etc.)
Welding of mechanical parts and components (electric arc, soldering, etc.)
Requirements
You have a thorough knowledge of mechanics and technology
Knowledge of hydraulics is a plus
2-5 years of experience in a similar position
Driver's license (category B)
Physical work is not a problem for you
You have or want to get a VCA certificate
You like to do high-quality work and find new tasks challenging
Communication English skills at B2-C1 level
We offer:
Attractive salary according to Belgian standards in the electrical sector, salary from 15.79 to 20.00 EUR gross/hour.
Overtime available, paid 150%
