Belgium contract
For our Zonhoven-based customer, whose history dates back to 1967. as local mining suppliers, is currently looking for motivated CNC millers and CNC turners with programming knowledge. They have specialists in all types of steel and plastic machining.Since 1970 the client expanded its services worldwide and became a pioneer in the automotive sector. Their growth continued as they expanded into oil and
gas industry and mechanical engineering.
Responsibilities:
• Setting up machine tools, tools and automation
• Production of parts according to customer drawings and specifications (i.e. ability to work accurately and correctly)
• Full machining (work preparation) from one-off production to small series
• Measuring parts: production control, checking measurements and adjusting if necessary
• Ensuring timely completion of projects
Requirements
• Technical background, turning and milling experience preferred (3 axis), 5 axis experience a strong plus
• Ability to read drawings (2D and 3D), prepare a work plan
• Ability to program machine tools
• Experience in working with measuring equipment, filling out measurement reports, measuring details
• Knowledge of various cutting tools and their use (cutting conditions).
• Knowledge of different types of materials and their processing
• Programming knowledge - CAM (Fusion 360) is a big plus
We offer:
• Salary from 15 to 22 EUR gross per hour + shift bonus
• Belgian employment contract with the possibility of permanent employment after a "temporary" period
• A minimum of 38 working hours per week
• Accommodation in single rooms
• Reimbursement of travel expenses, usually several euros per day.
• Reimbursement of initial costs related to arrival in Belgium, maximum EUR 125, paid after 4 working weeks
