Our client started operations in 2006 by installing one machine for laser cutting of steel plates. Since then, the machine park has grown to provide efficient laser or waterjet cutting, bending, finishing and powder coating. This company supplies finished (machinery) parts for the transportation, furniture manufacturing, lighting, electronics, construction, petrochemical and automotive industries. The client processes about 1,500 tons of steel and aluminum every year
Nature of work:
Weld various products from steel, stainless steel and aluminum, both MIG and TIG.
Inspect equipment and adjust welding parameters (intensity, flux, etc.) according to material and joints to be welded.
Suggest changes and help determine the welding method.
Check the conformity of welding, structures and assemblies.
Perform basic preventive or corrective maintenance of machinery or equipment.
Assess errors and perform necessary repair or finishing work (welds, deposits, surface condition, etc.)
Determine materials and welding methods according to instructions, technical documents, plans, etc.
Assemble and weld different elements together
Work with materials: Stainless steel
Working with materials: Aluminum and its alloys
Requirements
You can work independently
You have good technical knowledge
You have experience working as a welder
Reading drawings is not a problem for you and you can complete the task independently.
English language knowledge at B level
We offer:
Young welder (1 year experience) - €15.45/hour. gross
Experienced welder - €17-19/hour. gross
Food vouchers - €5 per day
